Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術是亞洲普遍的術式之一，但也由於太過常見導致資訊泛濫，有了術後不滿意、甚至L型人工鼻模穿出、人工鼻模攣縮等情況，本院由整外經驗豐富的專業醫師，考量鼻型條件及五官比例，經由充份的溝通和術前模擬評估，擬定補救術式。

因多數東方人的鼻形都較為扁塌缺乏立體度，加上鼻頭圓厚與鼻翼過寬，整體鼻形也就顯得不那麼精緻，因此Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術一直是相當熱門的整形手術之一，隨著接受Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術的民眾日益增加，也常有他院術後「不滿意」甚至「失敗」的案例前來本院諮詢。

門診中常見重修Augmentation Rhinoplasty的類型

1、已接受過多次微整形注射Augmentation Rhinoplasty

許多人初期會選擇以微整形注射的方式，增加鼻部立體感，如此一來可先感受鼻型的變化，但需定期補打以延續Augmentation Rhinoplasty的效果，花費長期的時間與金錢成本，並且發現鼻樑有變鈍、變寬的情形，或者因施打過量玻尿酸，使得鼻型看起來較為肥厚，故為追求長期且理想的鼻型，建議配合清創手術，清除組織中殘留的注射物，再藉由結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty重新雕塑適合的鼻型。

2. L-shaped artificial nose protrusion

傳統L型矽膠鼻模一體成形的特性，手術時只需要從鼻孔內開一個小切口，便能將L型鼻模放在山根、鼻樑、鼻頭與鼻小柱的位置，因此手術時間短，但因L型鼻模的轉角處位於鼻頭，長時間持續頂高鼻頭的狀態下，術後一段時間後便有可能會造成鼻組織受傷，甚至有穿出的問題，不少有此困擾的L型Augmentation Rhinoplasty的患者，在評估過後，選擇二次重修，藉由結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty來使Augmentation Rhinoplasty效果更具穩定與安全。

3. Artificial nose mold contracture

傳統多用矽膠鼻模作為人工鼻骨的材質，但矽膠鼻模久置後，有可能會因攣縮使得鼻型外觀變得不自然，甚至有可能因為鼻模攣縮，出現朝天鼻的狀況，且隨時間愈發嚴重，為了能兼具鼻頭、鼻翼與鼻樑各部位的美感，患者在經評估過後，選擇二次重修，藉由結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty來改善鼻型較不完美的部分，從根本改善鼻頭、鼻樑與山根，重修出無死角、自然微翹又立體柔和的鼻形

Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術術前準備

Everyone's opinion on what makes a nose beautiful is subjective. Before the consultation, you can prepare a photo of your favorite nose shape. This will greatly improve the efficiency of your communication with the doctor during the consultation. After confirming that you want to have Augmentation Rhinoplasty, a professional nurse will draw your blood and send it to the laboratory for a detailed examination to ensure that your physical condition is suitable for the surgery. Professional photography equipment will also be used to record before and after photos of you.

Preoperative precautions

• Do not take any medications containing aspirin within two weeks prior to the procedure.
• If you are pregnant, have an immune system disorder, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other conditions, please inform us in advance so that a doctor can assess your condition.

Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術術後修復

Augmentation Rhinoplasty術後會在鼻腔內放置止血棉加壓傷口，所以您術後醒來時會有鼻塞的情形，是正常的，可不必擔心，術後當天會於恢復室休息並注射點滴，補充您的體力。術後三天內需回診換藥及施打消炎點滴，我們提供您術後無微不至的照顧，盡力將您術後的不適減到最低。
