Neck lift – Don't let your neck reveal your age
Many people neglect neck care, resulting in more severe sagging and aging of the neck than the face. In addition, the use of 3C products and the constant looking down can make neck wrinkles deeper and more obvious due to prolonged head-down posture. In severe cases, it can lead to a turkey neck with loose skin. Neck lift surgery can help improve this and restore an elegant and firm neck line.
Neck lift surgery introduction
A neck lift is not the same as a swan neck surgery. The procedures and surgical sites are different, and an experienced doctor needs to assess and select the appropriate surgery based on individual circumstances in order to achieve the best results.

Preoperative preparation for surgery
After a thorough consultation and discussion with the doctor before the surgery, and after confirming the surgical site and cost, if you decide to have a neck lift, a professional nurse will conduct a detailed health check to ensure your health condition.
If you have any medical history, medications, or health supplements, please inform your healthcare provider so that a doctor can assess your condition and ensure your health and safety.
Generally speaking, patients should fast and abstain from water for 8 hours before surgery to ensure that the surgery and anesthesia are performed in the safest possible condition.
Before the surgery, the surgeon will personally confirm the details of the surgical method and location with you before starting surgical preparation.
Postoperative repair
• Immediately after the surgery, nursing staff will clean the surgical site (all face and head cleaning will be completed while you are awake from anesthesia), and nutritional supplements will be provided to help you regain your strength while you rest in the recovery room afterwards.
• At the end of the surgery, an elastic bandage will be wrapped around the face to apply pressure to the surgical site, help the skin and tissues adhere, and reduce postoperative bleeding.
• The elastic bandage will be removed before discharge on the same day, and the wound will be dressed by nursing staff during the follow-up visit the next day.
• Our hospital will provide you with meticulous and thoughtful service to minimize your post-operative discomfort.
Postoperative recovery period
• After a facelift, there will be swelling and tightness in the area. Applying ice can relieve discomfort and reduce swelling. (Please apply ice as instructed by the clinic staff. Excessive ice application may cause frostbite.)
• Avoid pulling on the wound when showering at home. There is no need to deliberately avoid getting the wound wet. Just keep the wound dry after cleaning.
• Maintain a normal daily routine and good hygiene habits after surgery, and avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, and spicy foods.
• Under the guidance and evaluation of a physician, tissue adhesive can be used to facilitate smoother postoperative recovery, improve postoperative results, and accelerate recovery. Because tissue adhesive can accelerate the adhesion between the skin and tissues, it helps reduce postoperative tissue exudation, thus significantly reducing postoperative swelling and shortening the recovery period.
