She's very professional, which really made me feel at ease. From the initial consultation to the surgery and post-surgery, she carefully inquired about my condition. She also patiently answered my questions, since I've never had surgery before and had quite a few questions.

Another great thing is that I feel I've learned something new and understand myself better. For example, Dr. Chen told me that my skin is quite soft, which makes me more prone to drooping eyes.
