The rectus abdominis muscles are normally neatly arranged and firm. During pregnancy, they are stretched and will gradually recover after 8 weeks postpartum. However, due to factors such as a large fetus or multiple pregnancies, postpartum mothers may still have diastasis recti and a protruding lower abdomen. Massage, exercise, and wearing shapewear alone may not be very effective. After lactation stops, the mammary glands atrophy, and the alveoli collapse or disappear, causing the breasts to shrink and become smaller. Many postpartum women report that their breasts are smaller than before, or even uneven in size, sagging, or developing a "bag-like" appearance (breast tissue shifting to the lower half of the breast, resulting in a shape resembling a washboard at the top and a bag at the bottom). ▍Botox for wrinkle removal and face slimming
