台灣的瘦身市場在2025年迎來了兩大新星，分別是猛健樂（Tirzepatide）與週纖達（Semaglutide），這兩款針劑型藥物原本用於糖尿病患者的血糖控制，如今因其對體重管理的卓越效果，而受到醫學界與減重族群的高度關注！
臨床研究顯示，這一類的減重筆能夠有效抑制食慾、延緩胃排空，幫助身體代謝更健康，相較於傳統的減重方式，如節食、運動或手術，這類藥物治療提供了一種低侵入性、可長期規劃的減重新選擇。

減重筆的作用原理

• 猛健樂 Mounjaro®（GIP/GLP-1 雙重腸泌素受體促效劑）由美國製藥廠禮來（Eli Lilly and Company）所研發出品的針劑型處方藥，結合 GIP 與 GLP-1 雙重作用機制，可抑制食慾、減少熱量攝取，對血糖控制與減重效果很顯著，臨床研究顯示，使用 Mounjaro 並配合飲控的受試者平均可減去 12%～15% 體重。
• 週纖達Wegovy （GLP-1 受體促效劑）週纖達和善纖達相同，同樣是來自諾和諾德（Novo Nordisk）出品的GLP-1受體促效劑，與人體天然腸泌素作用相同，可影響大腦中控制食慾的中樞，延緩胃排空、增加飽足感、降低食慾，進而減少進食量，長期使用能幫助體重逐步下降，達成減重目標。（在減重效果更為顯著且為週打型的週纖達上市後，需要天天施打的善纖達預計即將下市）

猛健樂/週纖達適合對象

週纖達：
• 有心血管疾病風險者（如：高血壓、高血脂、中風病史…等）
• 擔心初期副作用較強者
• 有憂鬱傾向者
• 擔心性慾方面受影響者
猛健樂：
• 無心血管疾病風險者
• 無憂鬱傾向者
• 施打善纖達、週纖達都無效者
• 不擔心性慾方面受影響者

建議注射部位

注射部位︰減重筆皆採皮下注射方式施打，適合的注射部位為腹部（避開肚臍周圍5cm)、上臂（外側）或大腿皮下脂肪層，可輪替不同部位，避免同一部位長期刺激。
注射方式︰採皮下注射方式施打。
注射時間︰每週固定時間皮下注射一次，無須刻意選擇空腹或是飯後。
注射劑量︰猛健樂及週纖達不同的劑量有不同的設定方式，建議由醫師門診後依據個人體重、健康情況及預期目標做設計。
副作用︰常見腸胃道相關副作用，如噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、便秘、消化不良等等，隨著身體適應而減輕，可從低劑量開始，再逐步調高至較高的維持劑量，以降低副作用的發生機率。
