Symptoms and needs
Big pancake face
A large face can be caused by a variety of factors, including a wide bone structure, fat accumulation, hypertrophic masseter muscles, or sagging in the mid-to-lower face. When facial lines are not well-defined and the contours lack firmness, even with a normal weight, the face may appear wider or rounder. In addition, edema and posture habits can also make the face look more puffy. Common problems include a large face in photos, lack of facial definition, unclear profile lines, and a decrease in overall refinement, affecting one's appearance on camera and self-confidence.
