If you frequently maintain a downward head posture and overuse these muscles, they lose elasticity, become overdeveloped, and protrude outwards, resulting in noticeable sagging—a problem that liposuction cannot improve. A two-way cervical slat lift can lift and tighten these loose muscles and remove deep fat that is difficult to remove with chin liposuction, resulting in a more defined jawline and neck.
4. Receding chin, short chin
