Is there a way to remove eye bags, tear troughs, and dark circles all at once? Micky's Diary of Inner Eye Bag Removal

Patients often ask Dr. Yu, "Is there a way to remove eye bags, tear troughs, and dark circles all at once?"
Indeed, the troublesome problems around the eyes—eye bags, tear troughs, and dark circles—often appear together, making people look particularly tired and worn out, and they want to get rid of them as soon as possible. The main cause of eye bags is the relaxation of the muscles around the eyes and the orbital septum, which causes the fat in the orbit to move forward and bulge, resulting in bulging or sagging of the lower eyelids. Basically, surgical treatment is required to remove them. After the doctor assesses the shape of the eye bags, different eye bag surgery designs can be carried out.
Many people often confuse dark circles with tear troughs. How can you tell the difference between dark circles and tear troughs? Besides the different locations, they also have different causes. Tear troughs are mainly caused by collagen loss, resulting in a depression under the eye socket. Dark circles are caused by irregular sleep patterns, staying up late, allergies, etc. Mild dark circles can be concealed with makeup, but tear troughs and eye bags are usually more difficult to conceal with makeup.
▍Understanding the Causes and Treatments of Eye Bags [Dr. Yu Deyi's Perspective]

▲Many people suffer from severe eye bags and tear troughs, and they often feel more energetic after undergoing eye bag surgery.
Micky's problems include severe eye bags, tear troughs, and dark circles. Let's take a look at her case:

Because I often stayed up late to finish reports in college, panda eyes were a common occurrence. At first, a good night's sleep would make them go away, but over time, it seems that my metabolism has slowed down, and I always have dark circles under my eyes. My eye bags have also stuck with me and never disappeared (crying).
Even with a normal work-rest schedule, when I run into my supervisor and colleagues every day, they all seem to think I'm not in good spirits and ask me with concern, "Are you okay?" "Are you sick?" "Are you very tired?"

Actually, after the surgery, the doctor will apply breathable tape under the eyes to reduce swelling. This will be worn for about three days, during which time you can go out normally. I wear glasses to cover the tape, and it's not particularly inconvenient. I clean it with water or makeup remover morning and night. There's a slight swelling, so be sure to apply ice packs diligently. There's no pain.

👉🏻Lower Blepharoplasty(Trans conjunctiva)術後會腫脹多久?
For the first three days, I felt swollen. Applying ice packs helped reduce the swelling faster and made me feel more comfortable. The doctor advised me to avoid staying up late and looking down at my phone, as staying up late after surgery would slow down the swelling. It's essential to get enough sleep, ideally 8.5 hours, and to avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
On the 4th day, I was able to go back for a check-up to have the tape removed, which made me feel much more comfortable. A week later, I started applying warm compresses to speed up the dissipation of bruises. By then, I had recovered very well, and my colleagues all said that my eyes looked very natural and there were no traces of eye bags!
