I wanted a more natural-looking double eyelid. Everyone has different preferences for eye shape; some people like a more dramatic effect. You can discuss this with your doctor during the pre-treatment simulation. Pay close attention while the doctor is simulating the double eyelids, as this will roughly show what they will look like after the swelling subsides. Mine looked natural in about 7 days.
