On December 17th, renowned plastic surgeons from home and abroad gathered at the Nangang Exhibition Hall. It was a chilly day, but one that was both enjoyable and fulfilling. Dr. Wei-Cheng Ching, with nearly 20 years of experience in plastic surgery, was honored to be invited to participate in the 21st Academic Conference of the Taiwan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He delivered a presentation at the conference, sharing his clinical surgical experience on the topic of "Facial fat graft and over grafting," exploring one of the core treatments for facial rejuvenation—facial autologous fat grafting.

The signs of aging on the face mainly manifest in two ways: sagging and hollowing. Autologous fat grafting can be used to fill these hollows on the face. Common areas for autologous fat grafting to the face include the forehead, cheeks, tear troughs, cheekbones, and nasolabial folds. In the complex treatment of facial rejuvenation, facial sculpting has become an indispensable part of the procedure.
