結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術

結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty會依據我本身鼻子結構做延伸調整，我很喜歡客製化的手術設計，這樣手術後才會自然，而且不會每個人都看起來一樣。

Arsty Clinic的結構式Augmentation Rhinoplasty關鍵在「鼻頭」，從五官美學角度來看，鼻頭撐高了，鼻梁或山根才比較有空間墊高，也較不會顯得突兀。

The nasal tip is supported and extended using different implants (artificial bone, autologous cartilage), and a suitable implant (silicone, Camara, Gore-tex, or autologous cartilage, etc.) is placed at the root of the nose. I chose Gore-tex, which has a special microporous structure that can improve tissue density, a one-piece molding design, and high softness. Human tissue will encapsulate the implant material over time, making it less prone to displacement and with a low risk of infection.

Alar Reduction

A beautiful nose depends not only on a high bridge and a delicate tip, but also on the nostrils.

鼻翼的高度、弧度、厚度及大小也會影響鼻孔的大小及美觀度，甚至鼻形外觀，常見的情況如：鼻翼外展或是鼻底太寬，造成鼻孔形狀過大過圓，因此鼻頭看起來就更加寬扁。經過Alar Reduction手術調整鼻翼後，鼻孔也會相較呈現橢圓形或水滴型，不過當然還是要依照每個人的臉形及五官比例做調整，才不會顯得不合比例。

荊醫師的Alar Reduction手術，結合了內開及外開Alar Reduction的優勢，適當保留了鼻翼結構轉折，兼顧鼻翼弧度、鼻孔形狀、整體鼻形的自然比例，同時將疤痕藏於交界處，外觀幾乎不太明顯。

Nasal bone tapping surgery

這適合鼻樑太寬的鼻形，是先將鼻骨部分截開，並往內側位移的一種手術方式。鼻骨在位移後會在新的位置癒合，達到讓鼻樑變窄的術後樣貌。敲鼻骨手術後需要固定鼻骨約一周，因為有牽涉到骨頭的移動，術後的腫脹會比一般Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術還要明顯一些，不過對於覺得鼻樑太寬的人來說，幾乎都會達到令人滿意的術後效果。

Upper lip reduction surgery

My lips were also quite thick, sometimes I felt they were too thick, like sausage lips, and my upper lip lacked any curve, making it look a bit droopy, as if I was always in a bad mood. Dr. Jing helped me reduce the excess part of the lower half of my upper lip and created a more defined M-shaped upper lip, and my cupid's bow is also more prominent. Finally, they don't look like two thick pieces of flesh stuck together anymore!

One week after surgery

對於這次手術很感謝家人的支持，對於結果也是期待又緊張，雖然現在還有些不舒服，不過Arsty Clinic有幫我安排照射紅外線，和注射術後恢復點滴，加速我的傷口癒合和術後恢復的速度，很期待之後消腫的樣子～

Two months after surgery

The swelling has almost gone down, and my daily routine and diet are not affected much. The postoperative recovery is going very well, except that cleaning my nostrils is a bit of a hassle 😂 I'm already very satisfied with how I look now!

Three months after surgery

The surgery went very smoothly! Thank you, Dr. Jing, for your dedication in designing a natural and well-defined nose for me. My friends all say that if they hadn't seen my previous photos, they could hardly tell I'd had surgery! They even said I've finally shed my "Voldemort" nickname! 🤣

Moreover, the medical team explained to me very carefully how to take care of myself after the surgery and what to eat. They also took great care of me during each follow-up visit. Now, the happiest thing is that I have finally become a person with a nose!
