I've always felt that my nose is bigger than people my age since I was little. This feeling became more pronounced after I entered junior high school. My nose is relatively flat and big, and my eyes are small. Overall, I don't have enough definition. During my adolescence, my emotions were very unstable. 「依你的問題，眼睛這塊除了用雙眼皮手術來改善外，我會建議加Medial epicanthoplasty手術，因為眼距也是影響眼型的關鍵，可以讓眼睛看起來更亮，視覺上也有集中的效果，會讓眼神更明亮有神，五官也會變的較立體；至於鼻子的部份，Augmentation Rhinoplasty手術能夠明顯的架高鼻樑的部分，同時也能使寬鼻樑變窄，再加上Alar Reduction可以讓鼻型有效變小，但如果你希望效果更精緻，我會建議再搭配“敲”鼻骨的手術方式，讓鼻樑變窄，這個方式對鼻樑本身太寬，或是鼻樑既寬又高的效果很好！」
