I. Planning and Diversion of Patients for Medical Treatment

本院採「完全預約制」，Arsty Clinic醫療團隊會為每位貴賓做適當安排，避免人流過度集中，在安全及確保貴賓隱私原則，提供舒適的醫療動線及隱私維護。同時院內嚴格掌控進出人員，避免非預約及非醫療相關人員入內。
We will confirm your travel and contact history for the past 14 days. Upon arrival, each VIP will have a private VIP room and waiting area, maintaining a safe social distance of at least three meters from other VIPs (the Central Epidemic Command Center recommends 1.5 meters indoors). From waiting, consultation, beauty treatment, examination, surgery to postoperative recovery, everything will be completed in your private room or ward, minimizing unnecessary contact with others. The surgical area and consultation area are separate areas, both requiring access through the dust management system and restricted to authorized personnel only.
II. Personnel Health Monitoring
All medical staff at the clinic take their temperature daily, wear surgical/medical masks all day, practice good hand hygiene, and take personal protective measures in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and Welfare to implement epidemic prevention measures.

Our nursing team, medical consultation team, and beauty consultant team all implement standard protective and epidemic prevention measures before caring for VIPs, including:
IV. Implement hand hygiene
Staff members meticulously implement hand hygiene practices at five key times: before contact with VIPs, before performing cleaning/sterile procedures, after contact with VIPs, and after contact with the VIPs' surroundings. They thoroughly clean their hands according to the seven-step hand hygiene routine to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and also remind visiting VIPs of hand hygiene and cough etiquette.
V. Sterilization Instruments and Equipment
Our facility employs an independent air dust management system and is equipped with hand hygiene and cleaning equipment, allowing staff and guests to perform cleaning procedures at any time.The operating room is equipped with medical hand hygiene equipment, ultrasonic cleaners, autoclaves, large ultraviolet disinfection lamps, and other disinfection and sterilization equipment and measures to ensure the disinfection of surgical supplies and instruments and avoid the risk of cross-infection.
VI. Strengthen environmental disinfection
Our hospital disinfects every corner with alcohol daily, a routine disinfection and cleaning practice that has been in place since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Alcohol disinfectant sprayers are available in multiple locations for your convenience. Each consultation room is disinfected and wiped down immediately after each doctor's appointment and after use. In addition to daily disinfection and instrument cleaning, the surgical area is routinely disinfected using ultraviolet lamps to enhance environmental cleanliness. Following the pandemic, our hospital has increased the frequency of daily disinfection and cleaning, as well as personnel infection prevention and control measures, to prevent and reduce airborne dust and viral contamination, thereby lowering the infection rate.
VII. First Aid Equipment and Personnel
Arsty Clinic院內設有急救作業流程，並符合專業醫療作業，常備有AED、氧氣筒等急救設備，醫師皆為手術外科專業醫師，醫護人員具備專業證照，皆受過基本生命復甦術(Basic Life Support)，且包含AED之訓練，能即刻應對緊急情況，防範意外情況。
