When washing your face, use a gentle splashing motion to cleanse, and avoid rubbing vigorously around your eyes. If you need to use facial cleanser, detergent, or skincare products, remember to avoid the eyes. If they come into contact with the wound, simply rinse with water and dry thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning the wound after surgery helps it heal. Use saline solution and cotton swabs to clean the wound, and then apply ointment to the wound at least once a day.<\/li>\n<li>Apply ice packs for at least one week after surgery, for at least 15 to 20 minutes each time, rest for 20 to 30 minutes before repeating, and apply ice packs 5 to 6 times a day or more. When applying ice packs, place a cloth, such as gauze or a clean towel, in front of the ice pack to prevent frostbite. If you have time, apply ice packs more often, especially during the first three days when swelling is greater.<\/li>\n<li>If stitches need to be removed, the appointment for stitch removal is six to seven days after the surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Please avoid lifting heavy objects or engaging in activities that cause facial congestion for one week after the surgery. If you have a habit of exercising, please suspend your exercise for one week.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, and staying up late for a week after surgery. Avoid consuming stimulating or blood circulation-promoting foods, such as ginkgo, red yeast rice, fish oil, and vitamin E.
