Traditional silicone nasal molds are more prone to displacement and capsular contracture.Ms. J is a typical case. If left untreated, the recession and retraction of her nose, especially the tip, will become more and more severe, affecting her appearance.

For example, a tight nose tip, an unnatural shape, displacement of artificial nasal bones leading to a crooked nose, or even nasal bone retraction or protrusion, a tight nose tip, upturned nostrils resembling a turned-up nose, or asymmetrical nose with one side larger than the other, etc.

• Case Treatment Instructions

Ms. J likesA natural nose shape, and not an overly prominent or high-bridged nose, to avoid giving the impression of having undergone rhinoplasty. Therefore, considering her facial features and visual aesthetics, restoring her nose to a natural shape through reconstruction is the more appropriate approach.

Nose tip:The problem of a tight and continuously retracting nasal tip can be solved by using allogeneic rib cartilage. After nasal tip reshaping, the position of the nasal tip is lowered and adjusted to a normal position, making the overall nose look more delicate and three-dimensional, restoring the ideal nasal shape.

One week after rhinoplasty revision surgery

There was normal swelling after the surgery, but there wasn't much bruising. The previously deformed and crooked bridge of my nose has been corrected. Although I'm still in the recovery period, I actually feel more confident going out than before XD

▼The previously hardened tip and bridge of the nose have been repaired, and the side profile of the nose now has a beautiful curve, with the tip of the nose also having a normal angle.▼
