Besides being difficult to clean, it sometimes causes a little trouble during intercourse. Dr. Chen examined me and said he could help reshape them. Since my labia majora are also atrophied, he also suggested labia majora fat grafting. If I'm not opposed to liposuction and have specific areas I want to correct, I can use my own fat for grafting. As we age, the labia majora gradually loosen and shrink, which can affect not only appearance but also the overall health and balance of the vagina. This can usually be addressed with hyaluronic acid fillers or autologous fat grafting. While hyaluronic acid fillers are convenient and quick, they require regular follow-up appointments for repeat treatments. This time, I opted for autologous fat grafting because it allowed for liposuction at the same time. Besides feeling natural to the touch, if the fat survives, the effect can last longer.<\/span><\/p>\n
