Vicky, with her deep-set features, spends a lot of money on clothes every month because she wants to try all sorts of different styles—trendy street style, sexy, or the sophisticated style like Secretary Kim. But every time she excitedly buys something, she never dares to wear it out. She feels that the mirrors in clothing stores are deceiving; when she tries them on at home, she realizes that her legs are too thick and the pants don't fit. As a result, she can only ever wear jeans and t-shirts, and her closet is overflowing with new clothes…

Although her proportions are good, her thighs are relatively thick, which makes her lack confidence.

It is often said that a woman's wardrobe is always missing one more piece of clothing, and that missing piece of clothing is called "confidence"! Vicky is not actually fat, and her weight is also within the normal range, but because of her natural body proportions, she has a larger frame, especially her legs, which are particularly disadvantageous. Her thighs are relatively strong, and her calves tend to appear thick and short, which affects her overall body proportions, making her upper body look longer and her legs shorter.

She had tried massaging her legs in hopes of slimming her thighs, but to no avail. Since she wasn't generally overweight, dieting and exercise weren't very effective. When she learned that VASER Liposuction could target specific areas for sculpting, she was eager to learn more.

Do I need a specialist to answer my questions about liposuction?

There are several types of liposuction surgery specifically targeting fat, including traditional liposuction, laser liposuction, water jet liposuction, ultrasonic liposuction, and VASER body sculpting. Among them, VASER body sculpting uses the principle of ultrasonic vibration, which is gentle and safe, and is the reason why most patients choose it. It can also preserve most of the connective tissue, making the postoperative area naturally firm.

A comprehensive and considerate post-operative process

Because Arsty Clinic has a very extensive portfolio of liposuction cases, the clinic team has arranged a very thorough and considerate post-operative care process. On the day of the surgery, nursing staff will clean the surgical site and help Vicky put on a compression garment afterward to reduce the burden after returning home. While resting in the recovery room, they will also thoughtfully provide hot porridge and warm water to help Vicky replenish her post-operative energy.

Vicky returned for her follow-up appointment the next day, and a staff member quickly led her to her private post-operative room. The room offered a high level of privacy, and the design and lighting were very comfortable. There was a comprehensive and meticulous post-liposuction care plan. Nursing staff assisted with changing dressings and washing her compression garments, solving my biggest worry about putting on and taking off the garments myself – no more awkwardly trying to do it myself! The bathroom for post-operative patients was beautiful, with amenities and facilities comparable to a five-star hotel, making me feel very comfortable.

Post-operative massage can be scheduled one month later, which will help the tissues recover their softness and elasticity more quickly.

Some people worry that autologous fat grafting might easily disappear. This is largely related to the doctor's experience, the proportion of fat extracted, the evenness of the injection, and so on. Also, don't try to lose weight after the surgery. You can also increase your intake of high-protein foods for two weeks after the surgery. The effect can be maintained and stabilized after 3 months.
